Investigating

We received a report that a team saw more weekly report Slack messages than expected.

Identified

We confirmed weekly reports were sent to the team channel and to individual team members, and found there was no duplicate-send guard if a report job was triggered more than once.

Resolved

We added weekly send guards so each team and user can only receive one automated weekly report for the day.

Weekly reports are operating normally. We have added additional safeguards to prevent duplicate automated weekly report sends for each team and user, and affected customers have been notified.
